Warranty and returns


All "BANGA Lithuania" watches have a 1-year warranty against factory defects. The warranty applies to all parts of the watch except the quartz movement battery. The warranty is not applicable to individually engraved watches.

We will correct, complete or replace any quantitative or qualitative discrepancies identified during the warranty period.

Warranty conditions:

  • The warranty applies to the elimination of defects in the quality of the goods caused by the fault of the manufacturer. Natural wear and tear is not considered a defect in the quality of the product.
  • Warranty service does not apply in cases where the goods are used improperly, destroyed arbitrarily without informing the seller or damaged due to the fault of the buyer.
  • When returning the watch, you must present the order and purchase documents.

Important to know:

  • The validity period of the warranty starts from the day of handing over the goods to the buyer.
  • Keep the purchase documents, do not throw them away until the end of the warranty period.
  • Dismantling the watch during the warranty service period is prohibited.

Returning the goods:

You can return the product purchased in the electronic store www.bangalithuania.com within 14 days from the day of delivery.

To return, follow these steps:

1. Please ensure that the returned item is in perfect condition, has not been worn, and has all original packaging and tags. (Return of goods is not applicable to individually engraved watches.)

2. Fill out the return form.

3. Receive a return confirmation to your email.

4. Package the returned item securely and send it to the address provided in the letter received.

5. Ship the item to us. We recommend choosing a safe shipping method.

6. After the returned product reaches us, the return will be registered and the money will be transferred to the account within 14 working days. Refunds can only be made to the account from which the payment was made at the time of purchase. The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer. "BANGA Lithuania" is not responsible for parcels that were sent with an incorrect address or that were lost during shipping. Make sure the shipping method you use is secure and has a tracking code.
